Frequently Asked Questions
What kind of photo works best?
Clear, well-lit photos where the face or subject fills most of the frame. A front view plus a side or full-body photo helps us match hair, outfit and details. Avoid heavy filters.
How closely will the doll match my photo?
Each piece is crocheted by hand in a cute, simplified amigurumi style. Our artisans match key details like hair, skin tone, outfit colors and accessories from your photos. Small variations are part of the handmade charm.
How long does shipping take?
Every piece is handmade to order: processing takes 1–2 business days and crochet production 7–10 business days. US shipping takes 5–8 business days ($4.99, free on orders $75+). International shipping takes 7–20 business days ($7.99). See our Shipping Policy.
Can I change or cancel my order?
