About Us
Made Personal. Made to Remember.
REMINISO creates personalized gifts for the people, pets, memories and passions that matter most. Every crochet doll, pet portrait and keepsake we make starts with something only you can give us: a favorite photo, a name, a date, a few words from the heart.
We believe the most meaningful gifts are not bought off a shelf. They are made for one person, one story, one moment. That is why every REMINISO item is made to order and personalized just for you.
How we make your gift
- You personalize it. Upload a photo and add names, dates or a message right on the product page.
- We review it. Our team checks your photo and details before production. If an image will not print clearly, we email you first.
- We make it for you. Your gift is printed and finished by our production partners in 3 to 10 business days (handmade crochet pieces 7 to 10), then shipped with tracking.
Our promise
If your gift arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, we will replace it or refund you in full within 30 days of delivery. No return needed. Read our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy for full details.
